Each project comes with a unique set of variables--the site, its topography, and its sun orientation. Each client brings personal rituals and tastes to the design. Matson Britton Architects was founded by architects Martha Matson and Cove Britton in 1988. We specialize in custom residential and commercial projects. Our work can be seen throughout the Bay area, including the jurisdictions of Woodside, Atherton, Los Altos, San Jose, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Carmel.
